Unbelievably we're 10!  

10 years ago, as an exhausted working mum, I wanted to treat myself to a beautiful, good quality, comfortable pair of pyjamas. Something that was just for me to help me unwind. I traipsed from shop to shop, feeling let down by the options. I wanted something different. Something unique. I wanted a pair of pyjamas that I'd look forward to putting on.

I started Yawn because I truly wanted women to know that they can have something special for no other reason than it makes them feel amazing. I wanted each print to bring joy, and every hidden detail to make someone smile. Rest isn't something we have to earn, rest is something we deserve.

So it was a pure feeling of joy when we received that first order online back in late 2014.  Since then, the journey with the business has taken our small but mighty team at Yawn far outside of our comfort zones. I couldn't have imagined a more challenging trading environment. However, the reason we have persevered is because of you. Our brilliant, wonderful customers. The emails that seem to arrive at just the right moment, the kindness, the general feeling that you are connected to us and our business in some way. You seem to have an understanding of the lengths we go to and repay us with your loyalty. There are now tens of thousands of you around the world. You've supported us in your droves and we like to think this is just the beginning.

So - THANK YOU for the incredible ride so far. The next ten years will mark a shift for Yawn as I figure out a way for the business to grow to fulfil the bigger dreams we have. I want to employ more people and get out of the weeds. But I continue to build this wonderful world of Yawn as long as I can because I feel so passionate about what we have done and what we can do. It has been a joy.
